How to configure Trusted Senders in SmarterMail 8.x - 15.x

It is important to check your Webmail account on a regular basis to manage your Junk E-mail folder. Mail flagged as spam or junk email won’t be delivered to your Inbox in Outlook, Apple Mail or other mail applications.
If legitimate email messages are being marked accidentally as spam, and you know they are from a legitimate email address, there is a way to rectify this problem by using the Trusted Senders feature in SmarterMail. This feature allows you to "whitelist" email addresses or domains, thus bypassing the spam filter.

1. Adding Trusted Senders at the Individual Level (automatically)
To automatically add the senders as a Trusted Senders, follow these instructions:-

Step 1
- Log into SmarterMail with the email account you want to apply the Trusted Senders setting to.
  Click the Junk E-mail folder.
Step 2
- Locate and right click on the email that you would like to add the senders as a Trusted Sender.
Select Actions > Mark > Not Spam

Note: Any emails that you mark as Not Spam will add the sender to your trusted senders list and move to the Inbox automatically.
