MAIL SERVER MIGRATION

To : mail2.multipledns.com (202.76.238.66) Customers,
 
A Scheduled Server Migration is due to be performed as outlined below. 
 
DATE: From 15/12/2015 onwards
 
START TIME:  8 PM
END TIME:  3 AM
 
REASON FOR MAINTENANCE:
a.  move to latest version Smartermail and better performance server
 
MAINTENANCE DETAILS:
a. Complete a migration of all email accounts to new server and new data center
 
b. Expect email to be inaccessible for 5-10 minutes during this final transition.
 
c. No effect on email client settings. POP3, iMAP and SMTP server settings will remain as 'mail.yourdomain.com'
 
d. Client using mail server IP of 202.76.238.66 instead of domain name will need to update the IP to: 103.17.124.72.
